We all know that regular
exercise is good for us. We have all started exercise
programs with good intentions, some of us many times.
So why do we always seem to stop and appear failures?
There are many answers to this question but most of them
are simply excuses. The main reason is that exercise
programs become repetitive and boring leading to a lack
of motivation.
Join any national health club chain and after forking
out around 500 per year you will have an hours induction
followed with a 3 month exercise program for you to
follow 3 times a week.
Try eating the same meal 3 times a week for 3 months and
see how much you like it!
After your induction you will have very little help,
support and guidance from that day on, sound familiar.
National health club chains are interested in 1 thing,
your money! That's why they get you to sign up for 12
months.
